Before joining the Institute, Florian demonstrated his prowess in key executive roles, serving as CFOO, Finance Director (FD), and Human Resources Director (HRD) at prominent organizations like FrieslandCampina, Hoshizaki, and Regus. His tenure at these companies witnessed substantial strides in profitability, showcasing his strategic financial acumen.
Notably, Florian's impactful journey extends to his leadership in the Global FP&A and Commercial Finance Function of the professional food business at Unilever. His extensive experience encompasses diverse finance roles in both Germany and The Netherlands.
Florian's academic background is anchored in excellence, holding an MBA in Sustainable Business Transitions from Nyenrode Business University. Additionally, he earned a degree in Economics (Dipl. Volkswirt) from the University of Bonn.
