Description

Carbon black is used as a reinforcing agent in tires and technical rubber goods, and as a black pigment in e.g. plastics, inks and coatings. Normally, carbon black is produced by incomplete combustion of fossil fuels - emitting large quantities of CO2 in the process. Black Bear’s Carbon Black has been recovered from end-of-life tires, and thus is designed for enabling a circular process that tremendously reduces the environmental impact of carbon black usage.
