WELL Building Standard Recognizes Cradle to Cradle Certified™

Developed by the International WELL Building Institute™ (IWBI™), the WELL Building Standard™ is the first and leading global rating system focused exclusively on the ways that buildings, and everything in them, can improve our comfort, drive better choices, and generally enhance our health and wellness.

The recently launched WELL v2™recognizes Cradle to Cradle Certified™ under the standard’s Enhanced Material Precaution and Material Transparency requirements, which are designed to minimize the impact of hazardous materials and to promote material transparency across the building product supply chain.

To explore the synergies between the Cradle to Cradle Certified Product Program and the WELL Building Standard, the Institute is leading an education session at the first WELL Conference, 29 March - 1 April in Scottsdale, AZ.  Focused on The Next Generation Workplace: Making Design and Materials Choices that Prioritize People and Purpose, the workshop will explore the design vision and material innovation shaping future workplaces.

Register here for the full conference or single day passes before February 17 to receive the early-bird registration rate.
